In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault), within 7 working days after the product is received, after confirmation by Retevis Solutions, you can return it for a refund. Buyers are required to afford round-trip freight, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted also. A refund will be done after we receive the package and check everything not affecting the second sale.
In case of product fault, please provide photos & videos showing the defect(s) of the product clearly. After confirmation by Retevis Solutions, you can return it for a replacement of a new product or full refund, buyers are required to afford the return shipping fee, Retevis Solutions afford the reship shipping fee. Refund or reship new products will be done after we received the full original package and no product is damaged by any man-made factors.
Remark: All return need be notified and confirmed by Retevis Solutions in advance. Please contact us for return address and matters need attention before you send it back. Once the return tracking number is available, please share it with us in time. Retevis Solutions refuses packages (which is) sent via cash on delivery.
