However, after upgrading the firmware, some customers still have problems when using the NOAA function. like the problem description from one our customer"The radio will go through all of the weather channels but it is silent.", Then how to solve this problem? We can also say how to improve NOAA after the firmware upgrade?

In fact, after upgrading the firmware, we can initialize the walkie-talkie in the factory state to solve this problem. The specific steps are as follows:

Step 1, After firmware upgrade, press the “MANU/VM” key to enter the menu option. Enter the initialization setting through the menu key.

Step 2, Press the “MANU/VM”  key to enter the setting, select “ALL”, and then press “MANU/VM” to confirm.

Step 3, The screen prompts “Sure to Reset?”, press the “MANU/VM” key to confirm.

RT76P will enter the Reset state, and the display will prompt Wating. After the Reset is completed, the RT76P walkie-talkie will automatically turn on and enter the standby state. Then you can use the NOAA function by side key setting successfully.
