The factory setting of CTCSS/DCS has no change, but you can turn off the CTCSS/DCS codes(Privacy codes) by Key combination, Press and hold PTT and number 8 key to power on, all sub-audio(CTCSS/DCS codes or Privacy codes) is canceled and automatically saved. you can use this function to talk with your other GMRS radios with no limits.

3. Power change depends on FCC GMRS Regulation.
8-14 channels, and 30-60 reserved GMRS channels in 7 frequency points: 467.5625, 467.6125, 467.6625, 467.7125, 467.5875, 467.6375, 467.6875, default narrowband and low power, other channels and frequencies default high power and wideband, power and bandwidth can be change.
